Akoko-Edo local government council chairman, Barr Tajudeen Alade Suleman has commended security agencies in the local government area on feat recorded in the fight against kidnappers and other social vices especially in the last one month.
Giving the commendation along the Sasaro check point, the council boss expressed satisfaction about efforts put in place by his administration to rid of criminality in the area before, during and after the Christmas celebration.
He urged them to redouble their efforts to be able to sustain the momentum while also rewarding them with cash as motivation.
Hon Alade promised to visit all security beats/units across the local government area to ensure that they are up and doing in the fight against the scourge of kidnapping in the locality, restating his readiness to combat all criminal activities in Akoko-Edo.
