The Honorable Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Sen Atiku Abubakar Bagudu received the Country Director,British Council and her delegates in his office recently where he assured them of the Ministry readiness to engage stakeholders especially in the areas of intervention.
The Minister who was represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Engr. Nebolisa Anako during the meeting, informed them that more engagements will follow suit as the impact of the visit is really significant to the Ministry.
Earlier the Country Director, Lucy Pearson who led the delegation announced their intention to improve the relationship between the Ministry and the Council.
She revealed that the Council has partnered with the federal government at different level for the past 8 years and are ready to continue with the legacy.
