The Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer on a courtesy visit to the Ogun State House of Assembly yesterday.
On ground was Rt. Hon. Oludaisi .V. Elemide the Speaker of the House and his Deputy, Hon. Latifat Ajayi along other principal members.
The agender was for the PPRO to get to know the law makers and the constituencies they represent.
The PPRO also discussed a few of the security challenges in the interior part of Ogun State such as motorcycle theft of farmers which is their only means of transportation to convey their harvested crops to the city.
Other issues of concerns discussed are the safety of tertiary institutions in the state, gender based violence, street trading and one chance menaces.
In response the Speaker lauded the efforts of the Commissioner of Police, CP Alamutu Abiodun Mustapha in ensuring the peace in the state, the Speaker also assured his alliance with the Ogun State Police Command, to maintain tranquility in Ogun State.
