By Allah’s will, His grace, and Benevolence, today, the 29th of May, happens to be a year since I took the oath of office as the Executive Governor of Zamfara State.
During this period, the Governor has worked sincerely to achieve and actualize the desired state by the people of Zamfara State.
The Governor said his administration undertook a series of reforms and embarked on massive infrastructural projects on critical government structures to enhance the state productivity and allow Zamfara State to compete favorably with other states.
The past few days are a testament to his commitment to a better Zamfara the Governor stressed.
The Governor said they have visited several local governments to commission numerous projects which his administration initiated and executed.
To mark his first anniversary in office, this morning, the Governor commissioned block A of J.B Yakubu Secretariat after it went through total renovations and equipped it with modern facilities after years of neglect.
The Governor also commissioned the Tsangaya school in Gusau, the third across the state three senatorial zones.
On this day, Governor Dauda Lawal, want to restate a promise and oath he took to the Zamfara people exactly a year ago.he solemnly swear that he will be faithful and bear true allegiance to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, that as the Governor of Zamfara, he will discharge his duties to the best of his
abilities, In sha Allah.
