During a visit to his hometown, Governor Fintiri observed the Jumaat prayer at the Gulaq New Central Mosque.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri recently marked his fifth year in office with a visit to his hometown in Madagali Local Government Area. He received a warm welcome from a large crowd of residents, government officials, and traditional leaders.
During his visit, the Governor encouraged the community to come together and support each other, help the security forces to identify and remove criminal activities, and take part in farming.
He also pledged to support the local farmers and promote religious harmony.
The District Head of Madagali praised the Governor for improving infrastructure, healthcare, and education in the area, and prayed for his continued success.
Governor Fintiri also joined the community in a Friday prayer at the newly opened central mosque in Gulak.
