As Nigerians eagerly anticipate the availability of petrol from the Dangote Petrochemical Refinery this month, petroleum marketers have commenced the registration process with the company in preparation for loading the product.The marketers are signing up as independent business proprietors to request direct fuel supply from the oil refinery.
The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria has expressed its intention to engage in ongoing discussions with the company to secure bulk supplies for its members who may have find it difficult to purchase large quantities of petrol directly from the refinery.
The President of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, recently announced that in June, the company will initiate the distribution of PMS, indicating that through his refinery, the importation of petrol into Nigeria will be discontinued.
Therefore, Nigerians await Dangote Petrochemical Refinery’s petrol availability this month. Petroleum marketers register for direct fuel supply, facilitated by the refinery.
