The Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment set to create 2.5million jobs for Nigerians.

The Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Technical, Vocational, and Entrepreneurship Skills (OSSAP-TVEE).

This strategic partnership aims to enhance the Labour and Employment Empowerment Programme (LEEP) initiatives, targeting the creation of 2.5 million jobs. The collaboration will focus on equipping individuals with vocational, technical, and entrepreneurial skills essential for driving economic growth and development.

The ministry of Labour is encouraging all Nigerians to remain optimistic, as the President is dedicated to fostering an enabling environment and reducing unemployment.

The Minister said the ministry is committed to achieving it mandates within the given timelines.

She encouraged Nigerians to share in the hope and promise of a brighter Believing in the potentials of the country exceptional youths and are committed to upskilling them, ensuring they reach their full potential.
