The Governor of Plateau State has commend the Air Force for fostering peace and he has also welcomed more collaboration.
He deeply appreciate the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hassan Bala Abubakar, for his collaboration with other security agencies in resolving conflict issues and promoting lasting peace in the state.
Receiving the Chief of Air Force at the New Government House Little Rayfield, Jos, he appealed to all stakeholders—government, security agencies, traditional rulers, religious leaders, and community representatives—to redouble their efforts in addressing banditry, kidnapping, and other criminal activities within the state.
The Governor said his administration is committed to returning displaced persons to their ancestral homes and there are highlighted efforts to expand farmland cultivation to enhance food security in the nation.
