The chairman House Committee on Aviation, chaired a closed door meeting with the Minister of Aviation, Hon. Festus Keyamo (SAN), and other relevant stakeholders in the Nigerian Aviation sector.
The committee remains committed in being a “bridge” between policy-making and progress and is committed to creating an enabling environment for the aviation industry to thrive.

Nigeria’s aviation sector must embrace cutting-edge technology, enhance infrastructure, and nurture human capital the Chairman said.
The Chairman said the committee will continue to work with stakeholders to ensure that the nation’s airports, airlines, and aviation technologies meet the highest international safety standards.
Present at the meeting is the Managing Director of Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku, the Managing Director of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Matthew Pwajok, the Acting Director-General of the the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Mr. Cpt. Chris Najomo, and other directors.
