Nema said a Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have been it dependable ally in the actualization of the mission of the agency, particularly in the amplification of disaster alerts and sensitization of the general public.
At a meeting with the team from the Centre for Crisis Communication, led by Major General Chris Olukolade (rtd), NEMA restated it commitment to strengthening it collaboration with it stakeholders in it pursuit of building an effective disaster management system for a more resilient nation.
