LISABI climbs to the number one spot on Netflix’s Nigeria film chart in three days

 

The recently released epic Yoruba film LISABI on Netflix centers on the historical tensions between the Old Oyo Kingdom and the Egba people. It highlights the bravery, courage and leadership trait of the average Nigerian.

So far, the film has climbed to the number one spot on Netflix’s Nigeria film chart within just three days of its release, according to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN). Additionally, according to Technext, Lisabi topped the charts in Nigeria, Kenya, and Mauritius.
The film’s box office rating is 9.1.
The top cast consists of 13 members.
On the movie’s premiere day, September 27, 2024, Ibrahim Chatta’s fans generated significant hype on TikTok, with 3.6 M views and 250.8 k likes for part 1. Also, 846.3k views and 65.5k likes for part 2
