Proverbs 5:3-6
[3]For the lips of the adulterous woman drip honey,
And her speech is smoother than oil;
[4]but in the end she is bitter as gall,
Sharp as a double-edged sword.
[5]Her feet go down to death;

Her paths wander aimlessly, but she does not know it.
The Immoral woman with her smooth words Proverbs 2:16
[16]Wisdom will save you also from the adulterous woman,
from the wayward woman with her seductive words,
The immoral woman has turned away from her husband
Proverbs 2:17 (NLT) She has abandoned her husband and ignores the covenant she made before God.
And wants to destroy society

Why embrace the bosom of a wayward woman?
Proverbs 7:5
[5]They will keep you from the adulterous woman,
From the wayward woman with her seductive words.
Proverbs 22:14 (NLT) The mouth of an immoral woman is a dangerous trap; those who make the LORD angry will fall into it.
An immoral woman lures men with her words

She hides and waits like a robber, eager to make more men unfaithful.
Jeremiah 18:22

The wicked realise they are cursed when they fall
Psalms 81:11-12 (NLT) “But no, my people wouldn’t listen. Israel did not want me around.
So I let them follow their own stubborn desires, living according to their own ideas.
Romans 1:24-28 (NLT) So God abandoned them to do whatever shameful things their hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things with each other’s bodies.
They traded the truth about God for a lie. So they worshiped and served the things God created instead of the Creator himself, who is worthy of eternal praise! Amen.
That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other.
And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men, and as a result of this sin, they suffered within themselves the penalty they deserved.
Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done.

The immoral woman seems attractive but she is in fact deadly in the end
Proverbs 5:11 (NLT) In the end you will groan in anguish when disease consumes your body.
This verse describes the outcomes of a course of action – what happens later, in the end, the ultimate result
Proverbs 5:4 (NLT) But in the end she is as bitter as poison, as dangerous as a double-edged sword.

The pit pictures the opening of grave both are symbols of death. Hell is the destiny of the wicked, but the righteous are rescued from it
Proverbs 15:11 (NLT) Even Death and Destruction hold no secrets from the LORD . How much more does he know the human heart!
The victim was alive and still wealthy, not expecting death.
The Immoral woman entice anyone to join her because she does not focus her eyes on the true path of life

The immoral woman is unstable- movable, wandering
Genesis 4:12
[12]When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth.”
Numbers 32:13
[13]The Lord’s anger burned against Israel and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until the whole generation of those who had done evil in his sight was gone.

Psalm 109:10

Psalms 107:27 (NLT) They reeled and staggered like drunkards and were at their wits’ end.
Isaiah 24:20 (NLT) The earth staggers like a drunk. It trembles like a tent in a storm. It falls and will not rise again, for the guilt of its rebellion is very heavy.
And those she deceives don’t even know it

[11]I instruct you in the way of wisdom
And lead you along straight paths.
[12]When you walk, your steps will not be hampered;
When you run, you will not stumble.
[13]Hold on to instruction, do not let it go;
Guard it well, for it is your life.
[14]Do not set foot on the path of the wicked
Or walk in the way of evildoers.
[15]Avoid it, do not travel on it;
Turn from it and go on your way.
[16]For they cannot rest until they do evil;
They are robbed of sleep till they make someone stumble.
[17]They eat the bread of wickedness
And drink the wine of violence.
[18]The path of the righteous is like the morning sun,
Shining ever brighter till the full light of day.
[19]But the way of the wicked is like deep darkness;
They do not know what makes them stumble.
The wicked are addicted to doing evil- it is their refreshment and their nourishment Proverbs 4:16-17
[16]For they cannot rest until they do evil;
They are robbed of sleep till they make someone stumble.
[17]They eat the bread of wickedness
And drink the wine of violence.
The son is exhorted to take hold of the good And warned not even to try bad
Proverbs 4:13-15
[13]Hold on to instruction, do not let it go;
Guard it well, for it is your life.
[14]Do not set foot on the path of the wicked
Or walk in the way of evildoers.
[15]Avoid it, do not travel on it;
Turn from it and go on your way.
Proverbs 1:15
[15]my son, do not go along with them,
Do not set foot on their paths;
Quantity and quality of life are the incentives

Proverbs 8:35
[35]For those who find me find life
And receive favour from the Lord.
Proverbs 3:32 (NLT) Such wicked people are detestable to the LORD, but he offers his friendship to the godly.
Wisdom is the key to life a full life now and eternal life in the future- because it is anchored in the fear of the Lord and it includes practical advice
Proverbs 3:2, 18 (NLT) If you do this, you will live many years, and your life will be satisfying.
Wisdom is a tree of life to those who embrace her; happy are those who hold her tightly.
Proverbs 1:33 (NLT) But all who listen to me will live in peace, untroubled by fear of harm.”
Proverbs 4:13, 22-23 (NLT) Take hold of my instructions; don’t let them go. Guard them, for they are the key to life.
For they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body.
Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.
Proverbs 6:23 (NLT) For their command is a lamp and their instruction a light; their corrective discipline is the way to life.
Proverbs 8:35 (NLT) For whoever finds me finds life and receives favour from the LORD .
Proverbs 10:16-17
[16]The wages of the righteous is life,
But the earnings of the wicked are sin and death.
[17]Whoever heeds discipline shows the way to life,
But whoever ignores correction leads others astray.
Proverbs 11:19 (NLT) Godly people find life; evil people find death.
Proverbs 12:28 (NLT) The way of the godly leads to life; that path does not lead to death.
Proverbs 14:27 (NLT) Fear of the LORD is a life-giving fountain; it offers escape from the snares of death.
Proverbs 16:22 (NLT) Discretion is a life-giving fountain to those who possess it, but discipline is wasted on fools.
Proverbs 19:23 (NLT) Fear of the LORD leads to life, bringing security and protection from harm.
Proverbs 21:21 (NLT) Whoever pursues righteousness and unfailing love will find life, righteousness, and honour.
Proverbs 22:4 (NLT) True humility and fear of the LORD lead to riches, honour, and long life.
Mark 10:30 (NLT) will receive now in return a hundred times as many houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and property—along with persecution. And in the world to come that person will have eternal life.
