Following the recent incident involving a guest at its transfer desk in Nairobi (NBO). Kenya Airways has provided further update as follows:
The airline said it deeply regret any distress this situation may have caused and are sincerely committed to ensuring all its guests feel safe and respected.
Given the circumstances, the airline has agreed to rebook the guest on the next available flight back to Lagos (LOS), Nigeria. The airline said it is a priority is to provide support and reassurance during this time.
