Clarion Newschannel TV began its journey on September 26, 2013, when it was incorporated as Clarion Newspaper Limited by its visionary founder, Ayodeji Ahimie Ogundare, then a student of Accounting at Lagos State University. What started as a newspaper outfit has, over time, evolved into a dynamic media organization.
In 2025, the company took a bold step forward, transforming into a television station to broaden its reach and impact. This evolution was driven by a commitment to harness the power of broadcasting to shape narratives, inform society, and inspire change.
Our vision is to promote the cause of social justice across every sector of society.
Our mission is to change the world’s value system by leveraging the influence of broadcasting.
Clarion Newschannel TV stands as a platform for truth, accountability, and innovation, using journalism and storytelling to champion equity, fairness, and progress in Nigeria, Africa, and the world at large.
